About returns, exchanges, and defective products

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept cancellations or returns after placing an order.

Changes to your order will be accepted within 7 days.
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged or defective due to a transportation accident, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.
